A bit About me…

I am an energy worker and a life coach. I help my clients unlock wellness - spirit, mind, and body. I help them connect with their inner guidance.

My background: I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in counseling, and a 30+ year career spent in spirit, mind and body wellness. My focus has been on helping people manage stress. I have had many different roles in my career, including executive director and founding team member of a few start-ups. After stepping away from my corporate gig to take care of my kids and get my own health back in order (we all have auto-immune issues), I began to deepen my spiritual practice, and to pay more attention to my intuition. That lead me to found City Cricket Wellness.

My work: My purpose is to help you connect with your truth so that you can create your best life. I facilitate the process of stepping away from the noise and connecting with your soul. I help you to get out of your head and into your heart. You have the answers, I help you discover them using various modalities - pranic healing energy work, mindset, meditation, The Celtic Wheel, herbal medicine, personality profiles, oracle cards, breath work, tapping, journaling, and more. Whatever the modality, my gifts lie in providing the space, time, technique, structure, compassion, and nourishment to support your evolution.

What’s with the name: Why City Cricket? There are many layers to the name. And they continue to unfold.

My husband came up with it seemingly randomly (we know nothing is ever random tho) because it embodies both my love for the buzzy city energy and my love of the natural world. I thrive on the energy of the city - my Human Design even says so! And I use the natural world as an energetic guide for my life and work.

The spiritual symbolism of the cricket is about independence and dancing to your own song. It supports you with power and strength and brings you back to light and hope. That’s my calling. That’s how I serve you.

This line from my favorite poet Mary Oliver: “...the cricket has such splendid fringe on its feet and it sings, have you noticed, with its whole body...” My work is based on the care of our whole selves - spirit, mind, and body; energetic and physical.

Three years into City Cricket, a deeper layer was revealed. I realized that Cricket called me to her medicine. She called me to work with her and then to be a guide for others who needed and wanted her medicine. You can read all about Cricket medicine in my blog post.

I invite you to join me on this path as we explore how to sing like crickets - to our own song and with our whole body!

- with love, Tracy
