City Cricket welcomes guest speaker Cameron Coots, Human Design extraordinaire! In this online workshop, we'll learn how to interpret our personal Human Design chart and see how it can help us align with our true essence.
Human Design is a powerful tool to help you better understand yourself. It combines the Hindu Chakra System, the Chinese I’Ching, the Kabbalah Tree of Life, Astrology, Quantum Physics and Genetics. It shows us our natural gifts, strengths, talents and vulnerabilities. It is where science and spirituality intersect. It offers practical tools and ways of leaning into your true essence in order to live the life you want with greater joy and ease. A few of the many ways Human Design as helped me:
Knowing that when I get angry it is usually a signal that I am not living my design
Understanding how my type (Manifestor) is meant to operate in the world allows for more self acceptance and appreciation
I see now that I am open to absorbing other people’s emotions – so when an emotion comes on out of the blue, I ask if it’s mine or someone else’s. I now only claim my own emotions.
I understand now why some people are freaked out by me!
My energy flow is hot and cold. I work like a crazy person and then crash. I am not lazy! I do not have unending energy – I am not meant to work like that. I’m learning to take more breaks.
