We’ll look at our racing thoughts and anxious feelings and learn how to create calm amidst the chaos. We’ll talk about how you can actually choose your thoughts & feeling your feelings. Begin to take control…it IS possible.
Building your Self Care Plan - So You Can Bring Your Best
Do your needs always come last? Do you even KNOW your needs? Have you lost sight of what lights you up? Taking care of yourself so that you can be your best self takes some intention. We’ll dive into what lights YOU up and how to do more of that so you can show up as your best self. You’ll leave the session with a head-start on creating your personal care plan.
Getting Quiet and Going Within
Does that scare you?! Are you saying – I can’t sit still, I hate quiet, I can’t go within- it’s crazy in there! Then you REALLY need to show up for this one. We’ll talk about techniques that I use to re-center, tackle problems, calm down, and build my intuition so that I can feel confident in my decisions. I started this journey several years ago when I felt like everything was moving at warp speed and I had no control over any of it. It felt like I was on one of those old school spinny playground things just hanging on for dear life and about to hurl. But I had dreams and aspirations and I didn’t want to be just hanging on. The tips and tools that I will share in this workshop are what changed everything for me. With the practices that I have built, I am now fully confident that I can show up as my best self no matter what the circumstances. Join me as we dig into one of my favorite topics!
Building Inspired Habits
Habits…not just for boring people and nuns. Having a set of supportive habits can help anchor you when the world seems too crazy. They can help to keep the overwhelm at bay. Do you have some bad habits that aren’t supporting you that you’d like to kick? Do you have some nurturing habits you’d like to develop? In this workshop we’ll talk about:
how to set goals and intentions that inspire and align with your greater purpose
practical tools to help set you up for successful behavior change
balancing habits and goals with your feminine flow
creating habits that support you, but don’t rule you
Surrender & Trust
Crack open the door of possibility that there is a way to navigate life without exhaustion, perfectionism, chaos, and holding on so tightly to the illusion of control. We’ll explore:
surrendering to timing and attachment to outcomes
the balance of yin and yang energies
embracing imperfection
trusting will all work out for our highest good
trusting that over-working and over-controlling is working against us, not for us.
