Join Ashley Dirks & Tracy Minor for this creative exploration of how our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are stored and expressed in our physical body.

 

Ashley’s work with the body – focusing on the fascia, yin yoga, and TRX training – helps her clients slow down and connect back to the self, where you can find comfort, peace, and release – emotionally, mentally and physically.

 

Tracy’s work as a coach & healer is focused on mindset work, processing emotions, and energy healing. By bringing awareness to our thoughts and stories, our emotions, and our energy flow, we can create the life we desire.

 

Together Ashley and Tracy have a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. This class will be a combo of working with the mind AND the body

 

We’ll look at the science and we’ll explore our own stories and the emotions they create. Then we’ll get on the mat and practice practical ways to find and release stuck emotions, gaining personal insights into how our minds and bodies are connected.

 

We’ll talk about different ways to process emotions – on and off the mat – so they don’t get stuck in your body, creating trapped energy, dis-ease and even physical illness.

 

If you’re always in fight or flight, come experience practices to release that posture and find more ease.

 

You’ll leave feeling enlightened, expanded, relaxed and relieved.
